School districts: many need a signed Student Data Privacy Agreement (the national standard form is called the NDPA) before they can pay a vendor. We sign it at no extra cost. Request it by email.

This decides which single ADA Title II deadline your report shows. If you are not a city, county or state government, skip this.
Health providers only: do you receive Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, CHIP, or Medicare Part B payments?
Optional, and it does not change your price. HHS's Section 504 accessibility rule for health providers depends on receiving federal payments; we show your answer back to you as context in your report, but we do not make that legal determination for you. If you are not a health provider, skip this.

One package covers one website: this web address and the pages under it, up to the package's limits. A library, sheriff, parks or other site on its own address needs its own order. Our automated tests cannot log in, so pages behind a password — such as a patient portal, staff intranet or online scheduling — are not included. Each PDF document is rebuilt up to 1,000 pages and 25 MB; anything beyond that is listed in your report but not rebuilt.

Every document we hand you — the test report, fix pack, accessibility statement and board-ready summary — carries your agency's name, not ours. Agency orders start once we confirm them, usually within one business day.
